The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Engineering Gatekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will divide your time between PCB design and PCB/ECAD library related work, designing RF, Analog, Digital, and mix-signal circuits across multiple programs.
What You Will Be Working On
- Manage access, training, and maintenance of component libraries, electrical Computer Aided Design (ECAD) templates, and circuit board design rules including best practices for manufacturing and assembly.
- Create and maintain solder pad footprints for ECAD libraries from component vendor data sheets and IPC guidelines, as well as develop 3D models for use by Mechanical Engineering.
- Lead the component selection process, including design review, proper implementation, alternate identification, longevity, and supply chain assurance, while serving as the primary liaison between internal electrical engineering and external support contractors.
- Manage PCB manufacturing/production packages including component placement data, netlists, BOM generation, artwork, and assembly/test documentation for production and sustaining support.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years of electrical engineering experience, including:
- Analog and digital electronic circuit design and development
- Drafting electrical schematics, creating part symbols, component footprints, and PCB layouts (ECAD) for both rigid and flexible board designs
- Preparing fabrication and assembly notes for PCB fabrication
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing and maintaining electronic component libraries in ECAD and PLM systems.

This is a full-time position.
The salary range for this role is $133,000 – $145,000, depending on level of experience
