The Opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Sibel’s Discovery product, which is focused on the clinical trials and life sciences research markets. As the Discovery CSM, you will be responsible for helping customers maximize the value they derive from their Discovery system and achieve their research goals. Sibel’s fast-paced environment offers ample opportunities for growth in several areas including improved technology skills, effective leadership, dedicated mentorship, creative design, strong communication, and teamwork.
This is a full-time position. The salary range for this role is $90,000 – $105,000, depending on level of experience.
What You Will Be Working On
- Support customers as they transition from sales prospect to active Discovery users.
- Build customer loyalty and foster a trusted, long term client relationship, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey with our company.
- Create and execute Discovery system deployment and support plans in partnership with the customer.
- Collaborate with Sibel’s operations team to ensure on time and high quality delivery of customer systems.
- Work with engineering teams to support deployed Discovery systems and effectively resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide input to the Discovery Product Manager on new features based on customer feedback.
- Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys and metrics to track customer success.
- Develop and provide expert level knowledge of the Discovery product.
About You
- Experience in a customer facing role; ideally in customer success, account management, or support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to proactively handle challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams to achieve common goals.
- Deep product knowledge and brand promotion experience.
You May Thrive In This Role If:
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with SaaS eClinical platforms, Medical Devices, and/or Clinical Trial projects for Pharma or Academic Research clients.
- You are passionate about improving healthcare, wearable sensor technology, and patient experience, enabling the collection of patient data.
